In this segment, we celebrate the Girls and Women in our ecosystem, from employees, to school and youth athletes. All the amazing women that contribute to the SuperSport Schools Brand!
This month’s feature is Karabo Meso
At just 17, Meso is making her mark in her second U19 World Cup. The Steyn City learner was named in the Team of the Tournament in 2023 after excelling with both bat and gloves. She has been a standout performer for the Central Gauteng Lions, scoring a brilliant century against Free State in the Women’s Pro50 Series in October 2024. Her impressive displays earned her a call-up to the senior national team, where she has already made her T20I debut.

This month’s feature in the January SPOTLIGHT on SuperSport Schools is Riley Miller
Hoërskool Waterkloof captain Riley Miller marked his 100th cap in style, thrilling the home crowd with a century against King Edward VII School at the André van der Walt Oval. The milestone was the perfect addition to a strong start to his final year in Klofie whites. Earlier in the season, he notched up 109 runs against Rondebosch Boys' High at the Peninsula Festival. With 366 runs in just eight innings at an average of 45.75, Miller continues to be a key player for his side.

In what world do champions without a course, find their course? On your World of Champions!
Viewers are encouraged to identify and share stories of Real World Champions within their communities. To submit your Real World Champion(s) for consideration, send an email to [email protected] or enter through the website link, detailing in no longer than 500 words why your proposed candidate deserves to be profiled by SuperSport.
Provide a referral and any other supporting documentation. Submissions will be accepted until 30 March 2025
